It is an overview of the transmission of electricity, investment strategies, and regulatory framework. <\/h4>\n\n\n<h4>Highlights of the six sections are:<\/h4>\n\n\n <hr>\n\t<br>\n<div><h4>\n<b>Transmission Infrastructure<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li><b>System Operation:<\/b><\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>The transmission system can be structured into:<\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>National Control Centre<\/li>\n<li>Supplementary National Control Centre<\/li>\n<li>Regional Control Centres<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li>Facilitates efficient power transmission through interconnections and coordination.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n\n<b>Investment in the National Grid<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Regulations and Approval: Investments need Commission approval and can be done by:<\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>Successor Transmission Licensee: For expanding or upgrading technology in existing infrastructure.<\/li>\n<li>Non-Licensee: Based on project agreements with the transmission licensee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li>Long-term Concessions: The Commission can approve:<\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>Long-term concessions of old\/new transmission lines.<\/li>\n<li>Commercial arrangements for network expansion.<\/li>\n<li>Project financing by private investors to build, own, and maintain parts of the transmission network.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n\n<b>Investment Fairness<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Fair Spread of Investments: Ensures investments are fairly distributed, maintaining economic viability for licensees and non-licensees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<b>Supervision and Dispute Resolution<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Stability and Efficiency:<\/b>The Commission supervises and directs the national grid to ensure stability and efficient operations.<\/li>\n<li><b>Dispute Resolution:<\/b> Disputes related to electricity quality or grid operation are referred to the Federal High Court.
