Its purpose is to ensures that land acquisition for electricity projects is done fairly and transparently, balancing the needs of electricity projects with the rights of landowners.<\/h4>\n\n\n<h4>The following are the highlights of this section:<\/h4>\n\n\n <hr>\n\t<br>\n<div><h4>\n<b>Land Acquisition for Electricity Projects<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Voluntary and Compulsory Procedures:<\/b> Land and access rights for electricity projects are acquired through both voluntary and compulsory procedures in compliance with this Act, the Land Use Act, and relevant regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<b>Access Rights for Licensees<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Entitlement:<\/b> Generation, transmission, and distribution licensees have access rights over lands, buildings, and streets to fulfill their obligations under their licenses.
