It also includes work rules for the construction, maintenance, and operation of electric supply and communication \n\tlines or equipment. The standard applies to the systems and equipment operated by utilities, or similar systems and equipment, \n\tof an industrial establishment or complex under the control of qualified persons. <br><br>Each employer in the power sector must ensure that a safe work environment is provided to all employees, both regular and non-regular.
